What’s your story?

Pam is a real student of Core Exercises La Crosse Fitness Classes

So you’ve been on a journey to improve your health. Some things have been working while others not so much. I’d like to introduce you to Pam. Pam is one of the people in my Core Exercise class and about 2.5 months ago Pam and I had a conversation.

She mentioned to me that she was becoming more and more frustrated because she had hit a plateau and just wasn’t making any progress. Sound familiar?

I listened as Pam shared her frustration with me and I made a few suggestions.

First I suggested that she take a hard look at what she was eating and told her to cut back or eliminate sugars and white flour from her diet. I also recommended that she up her vegi and fruit intake, especially those that were very high in water content.

“I’ve lost 20 lbs!”

In addition I suggested that she start coming to my Walking For Weight Loss Class and also try my 30 minute Core Workout. I suggested these things to her so that she could change her routine and also in order that she could speed things up and ramp up her metabolism

Pam decided to give my advice a try.

Since that time I am happy to report that Pam has lost 20 lbs and she is really excited about the direction that she is going. Congratulations to you Pam!

I told you Pam’s story for a few reasons

  • All of us can have fitness success if we get started and stick to a plan. It is not helpless and you are not powerless.
  • You deserve to live a great life, one that is full of energy and vitality
  • I’d love to get a chance to show you some things that would definitely work for you. More about that at the end of this e mail. Thanks for reading along so far.

Here are a few things to keep in mind if you really want to move to a more exciting level of living.

  • If you’ve had trouble reaching your fitness, or other goals for that matter, then it might be time to change your beliefs. First off, believe in yourself and believe that you can do whatever you set your mind to
  • Stop blaming yourself, others, and everything because you haven’t reached your goals. Get on with it and get down to business. Blaming is a waste of time.
  • Find someone who can help. We all need coaches and mentors to get us to the next place. We can’t know everything.
