Thank you for registering for your FREE MONTH of my Walking For Weight Loss Program.

I’ll be excited to show you some simple, but very effective ways for you to walk yourself to better health.

I wanted you to know that this is a program that I do to keep myself in shape and it has become especially important to me after my 2 total hip replacements.

If I can do it with my artificial hips I know that you can do it, too.

I want to give you a bit of background as to why I’m qualified to help you reach your healthy living goals.

I’ve been helping people get healthy and fit for over 36 years in my martial arts schools and in my Core Exercise Training program.

The things I’m going to show you are things that have worked for me and for thousands of others over the years.

I will only ask you to do things that you are capable of doing and I’m sure that you will have no problem at all with the walking exercises I will show you.

At first we will work to develop your walking foundation. After a few weeks we will be able to add some more challenging movements to your program.

This will work for you if you make it a point to come to the walking classes.

It’s always a great idea to bring a friend to a class as this allows you to hold each other accountable.
