Why You Should Consider the 3 times a week program

It’s important to develop a strong foundation. You’ve made a commitment to strengthen your core which
has so many positive benefits. Strengthening the core makes all of your movement more efficient and
because you are working to develop a good foundation you will also have a new found strength and energy
to try new things.

Adding the Saturday morning kickboxing class to your workout regimen gives your core training an exciting
different cardio vascular component. The kicking and punching that you will do in this Saturday morning class
will add an entirely different dimension to your exercise routine. Not only is hitting the heavy bags a great
cardio workout but it is also a great stress reliever.

There’s another benefit. I hope that you never have to hit another person to defend yourself, but what if
you might find yourself in that situation some day. The kickboxing class makes your kicking and punching more
powerful and effective. Hitting a target is excellent resistance training and makes the kicking and punching
that you do in the air during your regular core exercise classes even more effective.

This class will take your health and fitness to another level. It’s worth your time to give it a try.
