“I want to be healthy”

I’ve enjoyed reading the answers and better understanding what drives people.

As I read I see more and more people saying that they want to take better care of their health so that they can be around for their families and play with their children and grandchildren, not develop diabetes, and take control of their health.

Isn’t this what life should be like? Shouldn’t we have an opportunity to live a full, healthy life and enjoy the many wonderful things that we have been gifted with?

Sure we should, but it’s important to remember that nothing is free.

We have to take care of the things that we are given in order that we can still have them and enjoy them.

Case in point, our health.

Granted, everyone is different. Some are blessed with wonderful health while others may not be so lucky.


Whatever your situation you can decide to fight the good fight.

There is always something that you can do to improve your health. Sometimes the most important thing that you can do is control your thoughts and believe that you can.

It may not be easy at times but it’s important to remember that a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.

The most important step is to Make A Decision and then Follow Through.

It takes time and patience.
