  • More classes, better health and fitness, more energy for you. La Crosse residents now have as many as 10 classes per week to choose from and Holmen residents have as many as 6 per week
  • Anyone who registers for at least 2 classes per week will be able to come to UNLIMITED CLASSES. More opportunities to get into great shape and take your health and fitness to outstanding levels

Since most people choose 2 classes/week, I wanted to give you an opportunity to get more benefits. When you register for 2 classes/week, you will be able to attend as many classes as you would like at either location. You can also mix match any classes. You will experience some outstanding fitness results. You will become healthier and stronger, and you will be amazed at how great you feel.
